I am writing to practice on communicating and als to clear my mind, and my goal is to keep the idea clear and straight forward.
Lesson learned from Jordan Peterson: When you are communicating with a group of people, treat them as many individuals instead of a group. Treat the communication to a group as a conversation between you and each individual. Focus on only one individual at a time to get the feedback and reaction, switch between individuals and then you will know if the conversation is effective ands welcome.
Do not turn the communication into a unidirectional information delivery, try to make the audience to engage not only by speaking but also by their reactions like smiling, nodding, switching positions, etc.
